The Winery's Story
Callaway opened in 1974 as Temecula Valley's first winery, and all of its fruit is estate grown. Giovani Verdejo is the winemaker.

Dining
Meritage serves alfresco, farm-to-table dining Friday through Sunday. The winery noted it was temporarily closed for renovations, reopening October 17.

Daily tours at 12 PM and 2 PM; reservations recommended.
