Peltzer Family Cellars

A farm-style family winery on the Calle Contento trail.

Peltzer Family Cellars covers 25 acres of vineyard and homestead in Temecula Valley. It pairs a farm atmosphere with an industrial-chic tasting room called the Crush House, and adds a restaurant, food trucks, live music and a seasonal pumpkin farm.

The Family's Story

Five Generations of Farming

Charlie and Carrie Peltzer run the winery, and their sons are set to become the family's fifth generation of farmers. The family moved to Temecula Valley in 2004 and brought its pumpkin farm along. Charlie planted the vineyards in 2010.

The Crush House tasting room is built from vintage finds and recycled materials. It reflects Charlie's farming roots and Carrie's eye for design. The winery makes small-lot wines from Mediterranean varieties.
